Do you ship internationally? Yes! We ship worldwide. However, due to legal and shipping restrictions, we cannot currently provide service to the below jurisdictions: Ukraine Russia Belarus Ecuador Cuba Iran North Korea Syria
How long will my order take to arrive? Once you place your order, we craft your activewear within 2–4 business days. Estimated Delivery Times (post production): Shipping within the European Union: approximately 10 business days Shipping to the United States: approximately 15 business days Shipping to the rest of the world: approximately 20 business days You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
Can I edit or cancel my order? If you need to make changes to your order or request a cancellation, please reach out within 24 hours. While we cannot guarantee any changes, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you accept returns? Every piece is made especially for you, so we don’t offer standard returns, but we got you! If the fit isn’t quite right, we’re happy to arrange a size exchange or help you pick a different style that suits you better. And if your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing issue, we’ll make it right with a replacement at no extra cost to you!
